I am writing this review of D Cross Barns for anyone who might be considering having a post frame building constructed.
After months of research, meetings and in person reviews, we made the decision to contract with Eddie Dagget of D Cross Barns, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their bid was one of the lowest we received, and after our first visit to their office, we felt good about moving ahead with their company. Faith and Luke, their operations staff, welcomed us, answered our questions and addressed our concerns.
I’ll start with their customer service…..second to none!! When I called their office a real person, Luke, answered, listened, then returned to me with an answer in a very timely manner.
The actual construction was done by one of their teams, led by Antonio. They arrived early every morning and worked diligently until the end of day. My husband was around much of the time and would repeatedly report to me what professional skills and work ethic this crew possessed. They also had wonderful “people skills” and open to any questions or ideas we had.
Our next interaction was with Omar and his concrete crew. We saw the same hard work and attention to quality and detail in all they did.
When the job was finished, Eddie paid us a personal visit to make sure we were pleased….which we certainly were!!
We highly recommend D Cross Barns.

Eddie, Luke, and Chuck were great to work with and did an amazing job on our pole barn. D Cross Barn Co answered all my questions and did a wonderful job throughout the whole process. I would recommend them any day if your looking for a pole barn. Very fair pricing and takes pride in their work! The owner Eddie was on the job site multiple times and made sure I was happy with the pole barn every step of the way.

STOP!! Go with another company!
Biggest negative with this company is the complete lack of project management. They tell you the project will be complete within 2 to 3 months. A couple months go by then will tell you something is going to get done next week then no one shows. This goes on week after week, month after month without any concern for how the customer is impacted. You cancel or change plans, such as a vacation or family get togethers so you are available for when they show up then no one shows. Try rescheduling other contractors like electricians a couple of times then see how fast they get to you when you’re finally ready for them.
Best thing the owner of this company could do is hire a true Project Manager. I’ve worked with many over the years and they can improve your business tremendously while making your customer base a lot happier which brings in more referrals.
On the positive side, there are some truly great employees working there like Luke. Any time I called or text, Luke would answer immediately. There were a couple times I called but didn’t leave a message. He would see I had called and call me back. Now that’s exceptional service.
Antonio was the manager of the actual building crew. They were amazing. Showed up early everyday and worked hard all day in the sun and still had a smile at the end of the day. These guys were rock stars.
One can only hope the owner of the company understands the value of these hard working people and shows them how much they are appreciated.
Having said all this, would I recommend this company?
No, I would not.
Too many delays and excuses. But boy your money better be there on time.

Luke was very helpful. I had a deadline for a wedding and he made it happen. Eddie brought my material out and was very professional. The workers did a great job in a great time period. I have no complainants about DCross Barns. I would recommend anyone to hire them.
