  • I don’t know why there are bad reviews because I had a great experience. Doug said it would take 2-3 weeks for install due to all the rain we’ve gotten over the past month and at 3 weeks my pool was installed!! Dirt work for our 24’ above ground pool with a deep center was done on a Wednesday and the pool installed on Saturday. Edward and his installation crew were awesome! So fast and friendly – 4 hours start to finish. Highly recommend! 😊

  • I’ve been going to Dolphin for all my pool needs for 18 years. Celso Vargas always makes sure my pool is looking and running good. He’s super friendly and and has all the answers to my questions. Definitely 5 star service!

  • Dolphin Pools is the Best! I’ve been going there for 20+ years for my purchases & installation of my pool. This is where I buy all my chemicals, parts, or have repairs done for my pools & spas. Joe in parts & repair dept. has incredible knowledge & the best with repairing any & all my pool equipment if needed.
    He & staff at Dolphin are the best when it comes to their customers! They are always friendly & ready to help make sure we’re able to enjoy our pools & spa. They make it easy to maintain, keep running year after year, and help us with the best, crystal clear, chemical balanced water!

  • Joe and Sela are the best!!!! They went out of their way to help me with my pool filter. If you need any help, make sure you ask for either Joe or salsa and they will do their best to make sure you walk out of here with a happy happy smile I give them a five star review and please come visit them at dolphins pools.!!

  • I really didn’t want to leave a bad review considering the absolute nightmare we have endured.we signed a contract March 29th for our semi in ground pool. Was told two weeks since we started so early. Mid June after many calls and emails they finally started. Was sent wrong liner and did not install pump. 2 weeks later after many texts we finally get the pump and filter to our already filled pool. Meanwhile no one ever showed up to back fill the ground around pool after saying they were coming multiple times. At this point my husband decided to complete the job bc we were done with them. He poured concrete slab for pump, ran the plumbing lines snd rented equipment to back fill pool. Doug assured me by email he would reimburse all expenses and even apologized for the situation. It’s now almost August and we’ve yet to get reimbursement after multiple calls and emails and still do not have our auto pool cleaner that was in our contract. This entire process has been a nightmare. We purposely started in March so that we could enjoy our summer and it’s been an awful experience.if we don’t get reimbursement soon we will take legal action.
