I recently had a less than pleasant experience with one of the large plumbing companies in Tulsa. When I had another plumbing issue come up, I called Environmental Cleaning Systems on the advice of a friend. I could not be more happy with their service. They were prompt, hard working, and got to the problem quickly. The billing was exactly as they discussed and was very fair for the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I had some under sink work that needed to be done to get a new dishwasher installed. I’m new to the area, but ECS was recommended to us by a friend. Jason came out and did a wonderful job. Professional, polite and reasonable rates. I’m sure I’ll be calling them again the next time I have a plumbing project or any issues that need attention.

Our plumbing technician was Jason. He called and let us know when he was on his way. He came out took care of our slow draining sink another plumber couldn’t get to drain correctly. Jason was fast and he cleaned up after his self and was personable. Just a great guy. We will use ECS if we need a plumber again in the future.

Beware of this business. I was charged a non-disclosed missed appointment fee of $127.00 because I had a seizure about the time he supposedly knocked on the door. I called and explained to the extremely hateful lady what had happened and all she could say was well you didn’t come to the door and we have pics of your car in the driveway, blah blah.. It was a neighbor kids car in the side driveway that they had “pics” of for that matter it doesn’t make a difference. When they did come back he said there were no leaks only streaks where it had leaked but he missed the mold growing all along the side of the wall. Thanks for nothing guys. I didn’t hire them to begin with it was EverNest. Seriously wonder about the legitimacy of this business.

We have a very old septic tank that was clogging up. One company I called wanted over $4,700 to try & clear the lines. If that didn’t work, they strongly suggested I consider installing an aerobic system for $16,000! Wanting a second opinion, ECS came highly recommended. When I called, Julie (she’s wonderful!) explained their services, which was going to cost almost half of what the other company wanted! We set a date for Eric (also terrific) to come & perform the service. The lateral lines were heavily clogged with sand, dirt & roots but he hydro-jetted the lines & got them cleaned out. He said I did not need an aerobic system. By calling for a second opinion, I potentially saved thousands of dollars! Eric & Julie are a terrific team, very professional, explained the procedure & answered all my questions. I strongly recommend to contact ECS for your plumbing & other service needs.
