Mike and Cody at F5 handled a warranty claim for me with the manufacturer. My singles changes color one the top 25% of the roof. It was very noticeable. I tried for 8 months to get the previous roofer to file the claim with the manufacturer. Lots of promises, no delivery. Cody came out to do a gutter bid (referred from a friend), noticed the issue, and offered to handle the claim. They had the whole roof redone under warranty within weeks with nothing out of my pocket. The crew was on time and worked a 15-hour day to get my house done in 100 degree heat. They cleaned up my yard and even showed up the next day to check for nails again. Who does that? F5 does! Great customer service, friendly people, no hassles. I highly recommend them!

Our house was hit by the Father’s Day storm. We needed a new roof, gutters, siding & paint. Mike & Jesse, came out, went over what needed to be done, met with our insurance company and inspector. They coordinated all of the work and contractors. Kept me up to date on who would be at my house. They came by to check on all contracted work being done. They took extra measures to protect my landscaping and yard to look for nails since I have a very active dog who plays in our front yard. Their work quality and customer service was exceptional.

They go to bat and if necessary challenge any insurance payment deflections if applicable. Their work crews also reflect the total company attitude.
