When we purchased our home, we did not realize the scope of issues surrounding the pool and hot tub which were originally installed in 1990. Sadly, due to age and neglect, both were compromised due to the freeze of 2021. Equipment was no longer functional, and leaks were a huge consideration. We were at an impasse in deciding complete renovation of the existing pool and hot tub versus removal.

Upon the scheduled start day of service, the pre-demolition activities began as the pool was drained, fencing removed for equipment, etc. Heavy duty industrial equipment arrived as each phase warranted. This was a full demo project, and all concrete was completely removed. All debris was hauled from property, the fence panels replaced, offering a nice yard with topsoil and endless possibilities.

Rick and his crew have it all- great pricing and great service. They know their business and will customize a project to the client’s needs. I will be referring them in the future.** Update After completion** Overall, we are still satisfied, but Rick doesn’t always follow through on his commitments or communication. We had a problem with the grading of the yard, as it sits about 3 inches higher than neighbors. I called Rick to get advice and a price for fixing. He agreed to come by the house and take a look. He never called back and never followed through. He also never follow through on a tree that was taken down. Just be very clear on the work agreement. Make sure grading or anything else needed is part of the bid.
