I had a huge plumbing fix so I had to get new floors. The sales man (Pat) came to my house and presented my flooring options based on my budget.
Wendy in the office walked me through the whole process, was wonderful with communicating what was happening through the whole process. I highly recommend anyone looking to have their floors done to go to FCI! They did offer to save the baseboards and reapply them, we opted to not save them and we plan to do that ourselves. Not only was Pat and Wyndi a pleasure to talk to, the team of guys that came and did the job did it perfect! We can’t thank y’all enough
