  • Gorilla Brothers did a complete remodel of our guest bath. In addition, they updated somethings in our kitchen as well as work on our fireplace and a custom mantle. They were professional, innovative, courteous, and easy to work with. The work was excellent, and we are very pleased with the outcome! We will definitely use Gorilla Brothers again.

  • Our experience was top notch for our patio upgrade! Excellent communication the entire process, daily picture updates, even an online schedule we could view for the entirety of the project – seriously 5 stars! Any change order also had to be approved by us before it was done. We really couldn’t be more pleased!

  • Max and his crew did a great job on our backyard. There was a lot of good size stumps and trash trees that kept coming back year after year. They removed them all and used a stump grinder to make sure they don’t come back. Backyard looks so much better. I highly recommend this company. Very dependable and professional.

  • We had two projects: the updating of two small bathrooms and the addition of a large room. In both instances we ran into unexpected difficulties–floor damage from leaks in one of the bathrooms and delays with the addition because of rain, rain, rain. We were continually updated about the state of things and how much time dealing with these would add to the projects. Workers showed up every day and we knew what they were doing and about how long they would be there. We rarely had questions about what was going on and then, our questions were pleasantly answered. Mike and Chelsea, their employees and contractors were all personable, easy to deal with and very professional–not to mention very competent. They offered good suggestions for finishes and ways of doing things. They made sure we knew the glass for the showers couldn’t be ordered until the showers were constructed and there would be a wait of weeks for the installation (though we were able to use the showers with shower curtains during the wait.) While both bathrooms were under construction we always had a working toilet and running water at the end of the day–even though the toilet sometimes had to be removed and reinstalled each day. We took advantage of their willingness for us to purchase or reuse things like towel bars, toilet paper holders, lights and mirrors so we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The cleanup after the construction was finished was done with respect and attention to detail. Their knowledge of good construction work and landscaping was admirable. And their respect for our budget was honorable. We are very happy with the results and have found the offer to call with questions after all was done to be genuine and helpful. We highly recommend the Gorilla Brothers for any home improvement work needed. They’re great people!

  • When my wife and I finally decided to spend the money to have some exterior remodeling done that we’ve been talking about for years, I did a lot of research to find a General contractor that had a good reputation.
We’re not rich, and the amount of work we wanted to do was going to be expensive. As in second mortgage expensive. This included new porches on three sides of the house, replacing the soffit and fascia all the way around the house, new window and door trims all the way around, new rain gutters all the way around the house with gutter guards, and a new concrete patio in the back. Because of the money involved, we only had one shot to get it right so finding someone we could trust was kind of nerve-wracking. You hear a lot of horror stories about dishonest contractors.
Mike and Chelsea are just the best. Super easy to work with, responsive to any questions or concerns that came up during the project, quick to remedy any mistakes or miscommunications that might have occurred, whether it was our fault their fault or one of the contractors. Everything was taken care of. Most importantly, the work was high quality and done on budget.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes you can probably save a few bucks by hiring all the contractors yourself, but having a general contractor who knows the people he’s working with and can deal with the contractors on any issues that come up during the project is really valuable. Then too, most contractors are going to try to keep the general contractor happy because he represents repeat business.
