Had an excellent experience with them repairing supports, joists, and beams under this old house. Jeremy was the foreman was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Marcus and Daniel were great and worked very hard to get done . This ole house is more level than I ever thought possible. I had a positive experience from the original inspection through the whole process. Wayne was the original inspector. I’d recommend them!

I had to have my entire foundation raised and reached out to Groundworks because they offered a free inspection. As feared, I had some pretty major issues. From the salesperson to the men on the work crew this tragic situation was resolved in a timely manner for a very fair price. It was helpful that they offered financing!
The work crew (Harold Ward – Frank Lopez and Elmo) were reliable and exceeded my expectations 100%. I would recommend Groundworks to anyone with foundation issues &/or the other services they offer.

Groundworks just finish my slab repair and I’m elated! From the inspector, Donald Richardson, which did a thorough job going through the procedures to repair the slab. To when the repair crew, Hunter and Jones, came out and Hunter went over what they’re we’re going to do to repair the slab. I was amazing how precise they were in lifting the stab and continually cleaning up after themselves. When they were finished, Hunter and I went through checking all the door alignments and that I’m getting good air flow through all my HVAC vents. I think for the first time since I bought the house 15 years ago all my doors are open and closing correctly now. I have worked with a lot of service companies over my 75 years and this is one of the best companies I have used for service! they was great from start to finish plus the pricing is very competitive. if you have a slab problem you need to call Groundworks!

Spent over $21,000 with Groundworks, plus $20,000 in remodeling and repairs and was told we would never have water in the house again. Two weeks after they finished we got rain and reflooded everything we just paid to replace. I sit here now with no answers, no date of repair and no urgency to replace the drywall and fix the issue as it is pouring rain outside once more and we wait for another flood. My husband is about to ship out for the army in 2 weeks and we have a huge mess on our hands. My kids have been without their rooms for over 3 months. They have received the money for the job and we are in exactly the same boat we were in back in May. Disappointed. They were friendly and talked a big game but at the end of the day it has not been backed up.We have called and texted every contact we have and no resolution to date.everyone is “checking on it”
