James was a true plumbing hero. We had to have our entire line replaced due to corrosion and rusting. The crew finished the entire job in less than a week! Literally amazing considering how hard the work was- we had concrete slab that needed jackhammered to get through to replace the line. Super communicators and the most hard working crew ever.

The tech who first came out was Hudson Shaffer, he found my problem got me scheduled the next day. The next day tech Juan Sandoval came and fixed my faucet right up. Both men were professional, courteous and my dog liked them very much. I would recommend half moon to anyone.

We are very pleased with the work that Half Moon did for us. Noah was very friendly and professional as he explained our issues and the options we had for resolving them. Juan did an excellent job installing our new faucet and resetting our toilet efficiently and with good communication along the way. I’m pretty sure the floor in the bathroom is cleaner than it was before he did the job. LOL
