these guys blow all grass clippings and leaves onto the neighbor”s yard, I being one of the neighbors have not been able to stop them….they do not remove any lawn debris and what they dont blow onto us they blow out into the street and medium…..so I have been paying to have 2 yards maintained mine and their mess every week.

Just realized that 2 of 3 of my properties haven’t been sprayed for the last year because there is a lock on the gate. Any other service I have used has always called me notifying me of the lock. I talked to Phil, the manager and explained how unethical this is. All he had to say is, “I understand but all I can do is make sure he calls going forward”. Extremely unethical for a lawn company to think it’s ok to charge for a service at 2 houses and not notify the customer that they are only doing half the job.

The crew at Horizon are professional and efficient every time they’re at my home. Their work is so much above the competition in their attention to detail.
