I have used HVAC Heroes twice now and am very happy with their service.
Responses to fix our HVAC system were always very prompt.
Recently, our outdoor units had to be cleaned to improve their performance. The service technician was knowledgeable and very thorough.

First I’d like to thank everyone who views my post, as of today I’m up to 9.1 million views.
If it was possible to leave more than than five stars I definitely would.
I used HVAC Heroes to install a wireless thermostat in what I consider a very antiquated system. Landon the service tech had it installed before I could download the app to operate it.
Landon was very professional, respectful, personable and a pleasure to do business with.
The price of the service was spot on and well within reason.
I will definitely not hesitate to use HVAC Heroes for all my HVAC needs.
I highly recommend this company.

A large bubbling puddle appeared on the floor at the base to our unit. In the middle of a typical Oklahoma August summer I feared I would have to wait for an appointment, but HVAC Heros promised to work me in asap. And they did! They also sent me a message on the day of the appointment confirming the appointment with an estimated time the tech Landon would arrive. He arrived on time and was very professional, polite and personable. Our unit was very old but was working. The puddle was the issue. Landon checked the unit and then found the issue with the condensation drain outside. He resolved the issue by unclogging the drain. No sales pressure or trying to make more of the issue than was needed. When we are ready to replace the unit, or have any other issues with it, I will definitely call HVAC Heros.
