I cant really remember his name but I want to say it was Douglas. He was a very nice man and also very professional. He came, checked my sink disposal and waterline for my fridge and got down to work. Roto-rooter wanted me to wait a few days but Douglas from infinity came and got it done the same day!! Im glad i sent roto rooter away and called Infinity instead. Thank you so much!

Being new to the area, it was not easy trying to find a water softener installer that I truly felt comfortable with. The interaction with Infinity plumbing (Jared specifically) was very easy, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable especially since the quote was more reasonable. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Had a super experience with Infinity and Jared. He was very professional, prompt, efficient and reasonable. We only had what I’m sure is just considered a small job with a leak from our shower faucet, but he took the time to explain and let us know the best and worst case scenario. He came back the next day and thankfully it was the best case and an easy fix. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend.
