Cody and Trendon did outstanding work. Through the entirety of the installation process and a follow up visit to fine-tune some stuff I never felt like they were rushed or trying to get things done to leave. It is quite simply great work done by great people at a fair price. I didn’t feel like they’re just trying to turn over a job and run to the next, but really cared about me as a homeowner. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve dealt with several companies over the years handling my air conditioner issues and choosing innovative air pros is the best decision I have made. I called for services around 4pm on a Sunday and in no time Caleb was at my doorstep. He was welcoming and made me feel very at ease. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed my air conditioner issues. Caleb took the time to listen to my concerns and hear my cooling needs. I knew that this was the time to replace the whole unit. Tim arrived shortly after to give me a run down of the offerings. They both discussed best choices and reviewed with me prices and payment plans. So happy with this choice. Caleb also offered to bring me additional window units until they were able to complete the install. Tim will be contacting me tomorrow to set up instillation. This company really does make you feel like they care!

Chris, the plumber with Innovative Air Pros did amazing work all in one day- traded out water heater, switched washer & dryer so doors worked together, increased the master shower and sinks water pressure. Very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. No upscale and fair pricing. Caleb was very helpful too. He works on our HVAC, air purification system and home dehumidifier and has done exceptional work keeping it in proper working order and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this company. It is worth the low monthly fee for how much in includes and discounts it includes as well. Maintaining plumbing, and HVAC is the most important thing you can do to protect your home. Trust this one stop shop for all of your needs and rest easy!
