I called several businesses in Tulsa to get quotes on painting the exterior of my house and J&D Alvarado Painting gave me the best quote. In three days, they painted the exterior and patio of my two-story house.

They told me when they would start, were there on time and were excellent. They were extremely careful when having to move furniture/yard equipment.

They matched the paint perfectly and it looks fantastic. I could not have asked for better results. I’ll be using them again.

The 3 painters were great, they did an excellent job in sanding, covering things up, painting, etc. I was pleased with their work. The boss however is another story. I told him at least 3 different times, everything on the outside gets painted, if it’s gray it gets painted white, brick, siding and soffit, if it’s black, it gets painted black, all trim outside, garage door railing, if it’s white, it gets painted white. EVERYTHING gets painted. Gave me a quote, I accepted. At the end tho he charged me $200 more for painting the ceiling of the porch, and the trim and gutters on the front of the house, he didn’t put ceiling and gutters in the contract. On the sides he didn’t paint the gray siding because in the contract he only put the brick to be painted and the white soffit wasn’t painted on either side. I told him 3 times everything was to be painted. I had assume when I said everything that everything would be painted and that I wouldn’t be charged more for stuff he considered extra, like the ceiling of my porch. The 3 painters I would give 5 stars but it’s the petty action of the boss that made this an unpleasant experience. My house still isn’t done. Before all this, I was going to have them paint my 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and had several people wanting their houses painted by them. My advice, if you use this company, make sure everything you tell him you want done is in the contract. My fault for assuming that when I said everything was to be painted, that it would be.
