Scott was great! He came out the day after I called, we looked at options, and he did the adjustments and repair of my system on the spot, exactly the way I needed and wanted it. I got my timer set, and feel relieved to have this taken care of before the heat of the summer. I highly recommend Make It Rain. Great service.

Scott is just about the nicest person I’ve met in a long time. He fixed our broken system, charged us more than a fair price, and he put up with us asking him a ton of questions. Certainly above and beyond. I met him once, and think of him as my sprinkler dude and friend. Would highly highly recommend calling him for your needs. Great job Scott. You rock!

Scott was on time, pleasant, listened to any concerns needing to be addressed and got to work. Knew exactly what needed to be done to correct and refine the watering process in my yard. He also explained where zones were, how long I needed to water each zone and repeated so that I could write it down.
He works quickly and is most pleasant to have around.
I have used him for three years and have never been disappointed.
He charges by the job that needs to be done and will price it for you before he starts.

I cant say enough about Scott and his Make It Rain crew. They did a fantastic job and at a great price. Scott made sure we were completely satisfied with the system and was available for all the questions we had about running the system. I read the poor reviews that two people have left and I am scratching my head! Some people cant be pleased no matter what. I cant emphasize this point enough, read the five star reviews because they are an accurate accounting of this company. Honest, dependable, and affordable!

Before you start reading this review, I would like to apologize for its length but if you are even remotely considering in having Make It Rain Irrigation Company put in your Sprinkler System please read this to the end.
I wouldn’t recommend this company and I normally don’t write bad reviews but I am so frustrated with the Sprinkler System and quality of work that Make It Rain Irrigation installed in my yard that I have even contacted the Better Business Bureau. I had this system installed in December 2017. The reason why I’m writing this review now is because time has told about the quality and customer satisfaction that has been put into this system. I was going to use another sprinkler installation company named Affordable Irrigation at the time. However, I wanted to get another quote so I called Make It Rain. Well, I didn’t know that one of Make It Rain’s owners had previously worked for Affordable Irrigation. My first clue to the integrity of the Make It Rain Company should have been when the owners sat down in my kitchen and spoke badly about Affordable Irrigation’s installation practices and their staff’s integrity. Since one of Make It Rain’s owners use to work for Affordable Irrigation, I truly believed that they knew what they were talking about.
Since this sprinkler system that Make It Rain installed has not lived up to its expectation, I have had to try and find another company to make it right. In the last week, two separate sprinkler system companies have told me basically the same thing. They told me that whoever installed this system cut corners. One (1) I don’t have enough zones and sprinkler heads, and (2) the sprinkler heads I do have in some of my zones are too far apart. Make It Rain told me that all I could have was 4 zones in my yard due to the water pressure. These two companies told me the pressure is fine and Make It Rain should not have installed this system like they did. Now, I am not a sprinkler installation guy but I have had a system installed before. The Make It Rain Company combined my front (large area) and side (small area) into one zone. Now if I want to water adequately for the front, since my side area is attached to that zone, I have a swamp on the side of my house causing mildew, which is affecting my neighbors. So in order to fix this problem, I need to separate the front yard from the side into its own zone, which is how it should have been done. This is one of the major costs to fix.
On the other side of my house, there’s a spot where a sprinkler head should have been in order for it to get adequate coverage, as well as in the back yard there should be at least 2 more sprinkler heads. In order to fix all these problems, I will have to spend another $1500 on top of what I paid Make It Rain for somebody to make my system right.
Another thing is when the owners of Make It Rain sat in my kitchen and bad mouthed the previous company that one of the owners worked for they said, “You get what you pay for”! They sure were right about that!
There is no reason why a front yard should look like the attached photos if you have a good quality irrigation system that is ran daily. I have attached pictures of my front yard area and having a sprinkler system that is ran daily.
I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give a zero rating. The owner did come out and move one missed placed sprinkler head, but not a whole line and add another in one of the zones but it came with hostility and a bad attitude. It shouldn’t have to be like that. If a company is professional, they should take their time to make things right, especially when people are paying thousands of dollars and trusting that they know what they are talking about.
Watering times and lengths have been adjusted and tried. If I water more in the front, my side is a swamp because it has been included into one zone when it should be two separate zones.
I will be warning friends and surrounding neighborhoods on the Nextdoor app. Pictures don’t lie. Now they know the problem you are more than welcome to come fix it.
