Pool looks good but customer service bad. They did install pebbletec in my pool, which looks OK apart from the insane white dust left over, but nobody never told me about any start-up process. After they finished, they gave me those start-up procedures (which are super time-consuming and I should have planed in advance) and then recommended me a guy called Antonio who is super sketch and tried to rip off for this start-up service, thinking I would be desperate because I had to protect my pool investment.
However, I hired other professionals right away to do the start-up for me.
I hope I don’t have warranty issues nor stains in the pool.
