A technician came to my house on a Friday and sold me a huge package promising all the work would be done by Monday. The work started that day and the next. On Monday, the day all the work was to be completed, the technician informed me he had another job to go to and he could not complete the work. I am not happy at all with this delay. I have to rearrange my schedule again to accommodate this delay and go without the bathroom lighting being repaired for many more days. Sorry, but $14,000 should get me premium service. They’ll be quick to get your money, but delay their promises. Update: Here are photos of the copper ground wire left for me to use conduit or bury that were left exposed. Also, a photo of the cut showing in the closet where the breaker box was relocated. Also, a photo of the jumbo outlet cover I had to purchase, because the one used exposed a giant cut in the wall. I had to file a police report for items missing in an upstairs bedroom after their visit. I can prove that I’ve never had anyone else inside my home for years. Journal records, video records and neighbor witness testimony, friend testimony, etc.. These people don’t stand behind their work, nor do they support the customer with any concern. And they are rude when talking on the phone with you over any of your concerns. I strongly do Not recommend their services.
