NuPool was great to work with. We are so excited about our pool and spa addition to our home. We spend more time outside than inside now! We can spend some awesome family time in the pool!!

Substandard customer service. Contact them for a service call you may, or may not reach someone, or get someone to call you back. They won’t show up for appointments they make when they do and then balk at warranty work or put you off by saying they need one of their specialists to come look at it. They have put in 7 pools on my neighborhood and I have not found one person without a complaint. I only wish they had reached out to their neighbors before they had their’s put in. I would have put down 0 stars if it had let me. You may pay more for another pool company but you will get what you pay for.

Matt was always responsive (to include weekends.) We had questions, before, during and after the build and Nupool always went above and beyond. Rickey (owner) stopped by often to check the progress and even had the crew “flash the dirt walls with gunite” before a heavy rain. Hudson & Cass were terrific and gave us a great rundown of how to use the equipment and maintain the pool. If we ever had to build a second pool, I would absolutely use Nupool again. We can’t thank them and their crew enough for their professionalism and our home’s oasis!

Matt did an excellent job with helping us find the right design for our yard space. We had a lot of utility lines running in the middle of our yard to work around and relocate. I was impressed with the excavation crew and their staff in general were experienced and seem to enjoy what they were doing. We really appreciate the quality of work and materials used for this project. We did need a larger retaining wall than the original design and Matt was extremely helpful in the negotiation of pricing to add that. Construction projects in general are stressful and Nupool did a professional job handling the project. Thank you again for helping to give our family these wonderful memories around our pool! We LOVE IT!

Nupool was great to work with on our build, from bid/design, construction and commissioning. Bid/design: got 3-4 quotes, Matt is awesome and deliver the best design at competitive pricing. Took the time to listen to the vision and advised based on experience, he delivered a fabulous design that integrated existing pergola patio with pool perfectly. We had a couple utilities needing relocated before build which caused some delays but once started Caleb and the operations crew delivered within planned time frame. During the build had a few questions and changes that they handled very professionally. The quality of the work is also outstanding, have recommended to a couple coworkers and would definitely build with them again!
