We had a house flooding and the day after I had a mini stroke. This company was amazing. I shared what had happened to me with Brandon, the rep assigned to me, and he texted, called, and made everything very easy for me, which I desperately needed. I lost ability to speak and think clearly, forgetting everything, and Brandon was incredibly attentive and patient. Explaining and reminding me of things 2 and even 3 times to ensure I understood the upcoming steps. He didn’t get bothered by my repeated calls, which I was very thankful for. Brandon made sure to come to our home at each step, which I don’t know if that’s required but I needed it due to my new health issues. He made sure to check and double check, but not overwhelm nor inundate me with info. Can’t remember exactly how long, I think just a few weeks, to get everything completed, but it was speedy and simple. Honestly, Brandon made this entire process so simple and effortless on my part. The people they sent to repair and replace flooring were quick and efficient. Upon final inspection, Brandon came to make sure everything had been completed to my standards. Through this process Brandon had made me feel so comfortable and had gone above and beyond with assistance, I felt like I had made a friend, opposed to a rep from restorative company. Brandon from Paul Davis truly showed how the perfect business model should run: business’ creating relationships, which generate loyal customers.
