Floors were “wavy” and door jambs were skewed so doors weren’t closing. Had three different contractors out to give quotes. Pier Kings wasn’t the least expensive but did the most detailed analysis and explained their process. The lifetime warranty sealed the deal. Workers showed up early, worked throughout the day and finished in one day. Crew was professional and cleaned up after, leaving no evidence they’d even been there.

Pier King did the foundation repairs prior to us buying the home. There was some unexpected issue with the flooring afterwards and they were SO kind and generous with getting it all fixed and done correctly. They certainly didn’t have to do what they did but because of their kindness they’ll have me back again down the line if needed.

Justin and his crew did an amazing job on my house. I had basically no center to my house and bedroom floor joist was so rotted the floor was caving in. The pricing was very reasonable and job was done within 5days, very satisfied with the work… new joist, laterals, 15 piers, moister barrier and a sump pump later and I’m able to start moving back in. Highly recommend to anyone with a foundation issue or even like in my case an entire foundation problem.

UPDATE: Josue and his team came out yesterday to put in two beams and some piers. They were wonderful! They spent lots of time making sure they got rid of the squishy spots in my floor and raising the floor up as far as they could without cracking the plaster. I felt like they cared about the job as much as I did! They are perfectionists, and they do their very best to make sure the customer is satisfied!!
The guys did a great job providing me with a well-made crawl space access that included a steel plate support for my brick, a vented door, and a mortar seal all around the access! They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up very well before leaving!! Pier King’s pricing is very competitive, and they are very knowledgeable!! We were very pleased with the work!
They are coming back to do piers under our house. I will let you know how that goes in a few weeks!!

Thank you so much Pier King Foundation Repair. Great job! With several weather challenges because of rain, thanks to Cindy rescheduling, we were able to have 5 piers installed today. The 5 man crew who came, were very efficient, courteous and very hard working.. Great Team effort! It only took them about 3 and 1/2 hours to complete. As you can see, 2 piers were installed under a porch slab and they poured a new concrete finish for us. My kitchen floors are level and counter tops are less than 1/8 inch of being level, we believe that’s a cabinet adjustment. The job was nicely done and these guys were quick to clean up.. I definitely would recommend this crew and project manager Josue’ with Pier King Foundation. Thank you guys! And as a bonus, my husband is a veteran and we were Blessed with a military discount. Great to use a company who gives back in honoring our veterans for their service. Thank You!
