To semi truckers only!!!!!!
Please call them as soon as you know you are delivering to them if you have a semi. If you have their address on Yale as delivery. Even if it is after hours, leave a message. THEY do call back after hours (I called early, not saying if you call at 2am, you would get a call back). You can NOT take a semi down their road. They will instruct you what to do. What I might tell you at the time you read this might be outdated.

Bill was extremely professional throughout the process of building an addition on our home. He was responsive to all of our many questions, visited the site often, and utilized excellent workers. We are very pleased with his work and love our addition. We highly recommend Bill!

I highly recommend the excellent team at Powers Design and Build. They recently took a massively outdated, ugly kitchen that had not been updated since the 1950s down to the studs and made it beautiful! Bill, the owner, was on top of everything going on through the entire process and made sure it was done right, and Rick, our kitchen designer, came up with a fabulous layout that worked within our existing footprint. They hire quality subcontractors – special shout out to the plumbing guys at Omega and our drywall guy, Henry! – and hooked us up with Surfaces for an absolutely gorgeous unique countertop. We did go over budget a bit, but that was by choice – Bill made sure to pass on savings where possible.
Bottom line, if you want a quality reno job done by LOCAL craftsmen and trades who aren’t going anywhere, Powers Design and Build is who you want to call!!!

I’m sitting in my new sunroom addition to our home while I write this review with a big smile on my face. I can not recommend Bill Powers and his team of professionals enough! One of the most important aspects of going forward with a home addition project is the level of communication and responsiveness from the contractor. Any time we had a question or wanted to receive some feedback from Bill, we always had a reply the same day. He kept us updated every step of the way. The subcontractors working on our sunroom were very knowledgeable and valued craftsmanship. We felt like each one of them went above and beyond to make sure their part of this project was completed with the utmost attention to detail. Bill did his best to keep us on budget, and his design ideas were spot on and in complete alignment with our vision for our new space. Give Powers Design & Build a call. You won’t regret it!

Powers design blew the roof off, literally! They moved staircases, raised a new 2nd story roof, updated all windows, gutted and rebuilt master suite and kitchen all while working with us to maintain the 1929 character of the house. He is a master at scheduling and making sure down days are kept to a minimum! His crews are professional and very meticulous at their crafts! After 9 months, we are in our massively renovated home and absolutely love it I am not much of a photographer but here are a few after pics. Would absolutely recommend Powers Design & Build for any size job!
