Premier Pool Plastering (Claim Me!)

I thought I had researched enough and done my due diligence and chose Premiere to do the PebbleTec in our pool. Since I was on the backside of cancer surgery and looking forward to being able to sit on our patio, as well as enjoy watching our grandchildren in our pool, I thought I had made a wise choice. The crew that did the work would show up randomly and while the work getting our pool back to where there were no cracks showing, the finished product is no where close to what I was told it would be! The overall color is much lighter than what I was shown and there are areas that look totally unfinished.
Everything on my side was done just as Premiere instructed. The finished product is t why I thought it would be.
While the rework was being done, I was told that the tiles that they had damaged/broke around the top of the pool was not available in the Tulsa area. I made a couple of calls and literally drove less than 3 miles and picked the same color tiles and picked enough to more than repair what Premiere had damaged. The sales rep also told me that he would insure the tiles they damaged would be replaced… they’re still here, waiting to be changed out.
I’m recovering from my cancer surgery, I sit by and occaisionally get in and enjoy the water, but as far as enjoying the finished product that Premiere told me I would be looking… not so much!
I’ll close by saying that I was working hard to get the pool area redone, have everything refinished and in good operating shape for my wife and family to enjoy, just in case.
I’m now saddened that the finished product is no where close to what I was led to believe and I spent money on a product I was ill advised about.
I’m still trying to get this area up in shape for my wife, children and grandchildren. I’m just weary and not sure I can make the final product!
Please use good judgement and sound financial decisions if you choose to go with Premiere!

This company did an absolutely horrible job installing Pebble Tec Fina as a resurface. Random crews, inconsistent communication and horrible final product. DO NOT USE THEM. I never complete reviews but don’t want anyone to make the same mistake we did.
