Just for starters, I’ve had some experiences with other sprinkler companies here in town. Most have minimally taken care of my service needs. However, I am absolutely impressed with the knowledge and expertise I received from Pro Sprinkler. I actually learned how little I knew of professional sprinkler design and proper layout. They came and meet my need of service, and went above and beyond to go over my existing system. I truly know now why my existing system did not water evenly, efficiently, and not to mention proper programming of controller. At first I thought, upsale alert!!! But to prove there worth, they said nothing down and payment only upon completion and satisfaction. So yes, I am impressed! I now have proper layout, even coverage, shade and sun areas dedicated, landscape dedicated, and proper timer programming. I probably should have used them years ago upon new installation. However, I chose to go the more least expensive way. After all, it’s just pipe and a sprinkler head right?? Be forewarned and get educated prior. Not every sprinkler company is created equal. They actually know there stuff. Thank you Pro Sprinkler!!!

About a month ago my wife and I moved here to Broken Arrow OK from the DFW area. Our new home is great but our sprinklers were getting our windows wet. I ran into this company while walking my dog today and asked him if it was possible to adjust these rotating sprinkler heads (water pressure) to prevent them from spraying the windows. He came over, adjusted those that needed to be adjusted, noticed I had a broken sprinkler head and replaced it for me. He went above and beyond for me. It’s companies like this that hire excellent people that lets me know this is still a great nation. I noticed his hat regarding his military service and yet, for some reason, his name eludes me at this time. In any case, thank you for all your hard work today and thank you for your service. If anyone asks me about sprinkler systems this company will be who I recommend.

This is our 3 season using Pro Sprinkler. The lady that answers the phone is so nice and helpful. She always makes me feel like I’m their #1 customer. I had to have repairs last year and they were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We had Pro Sprinkler install our system about 30 yrs ago and have used them for servicing ever since. I am impressed with the professional quality especially Chuck as lead technician. He has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to work to more than our satisfaction. Chuck is detail oriented and if he cannot complete a project at one time, he will reasonably schedule a time to return

Pro Sprinkler has been fantastic. They installed our system and have been servicing it as well. At every interaction they have been perfect and completely professional – from each phone call (yes they answer the phone!), scheduling and the work performed. Today JT and Keith came out and took care of some minor repairs. All quickly and politely. If you need a sprinkler system or repairs/upgrades, I can only recommend Pro Sprinkler!
