Been with ProThermal since 2019, they were A1 heating and cooling back then. Always easy to work with and take the time to explain everything they’re doing and why. Fan motor went out and under warranty David took care of everything! Will always recommend them!

We needed a new ac unit for the back part of our house. Once we decided on what unit, the team they sent were professional, courteous, and quick. They also went above and beyond to check out our other unit at no cost. We called for a checkup a week later on the new unit and they fixed a leak on the roof that had nothing to do with the new ac unit. Talk about service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our 12 year old A/C system stopped after making a lot of noise. I figured we would need a new unit. Our technician, Curtis Knight checked it out and determined it could be repaired and probably be ok for another 5-6 years. We were relieved and were very happy with his work. The technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job describing to me not only things that needed attention but the stuff that is still working well.
My unit is free of dry leaves, dirt and spiders!! Yes, a good size black widow was living in the inside area.

Last year, in June, our A/C units decided to quit after 16 years of service. We attended many home shows at the Expo Center and conducted tireless research on HVAC companies via the web. We had the opportunity to meet Curtis through his wife when visiting Rooster Days in Broken Arrow. Mike arrived at our house and conducted an in-depth analysis of our units. We knew the units were old, and one was on the last leg. After receiving the report, we were scheduled with David to obtain an estimate for replacing the units.
Subsequently, we met with David and reviewed several quotes based on our input. The quotes included all equipment, materials, and installation. After reviewing the quotes, we decided to move forward and schedule the installation date. Derrick and Cade arrived as promised to begin the installation. The installation went without issue, and they cleaned up after the project so that you would not know they were even there.
What I like most about their proposal and work is that they do not charge extra if an item was missed from the estimate and is needed. When we needed to call, they were quick to respond and were able to resolve the issue immediately. I have not found another company in this area that serves with such integrity!
Fast-forward to April 2024, and we had Daniel of Prothermal Heating and Cooling perform our spring service today. He called to inquire if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. This was fine with me, and he arrived promptly, as stated. He was attentive to details and tenacious in servicing the units. Also, he offered to quote an air purification service.
There are several HVAC companies in the market. However, Prothermal Heating and Cooling are the best!
