Had a wonderful experience with this company. In the thick of summer heat, my unit gave up on me. I called them up based on a recommendation from the Nextdoor app. They got me scheduled and came out and promptly. They did a full service assessment and gave me recommendations. Rich and John helped getting the assessment and pricing for the new unit. Aaron did the install and he was truly the best. So nice, so patient, explained everything to me in terms I could understand and had a positive attitude all through. Of note, they were a little pricey, but you are paying for quality and great service which makes it totally worth it. Thank you!

Upstairs AC unit is fixed! Thank you Quality Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric for making it a seamless process with our AC warranty. They came out the same day I called. The technicians who came out were super nice, professional and even empathetic when I had mini rant about when it rains it pours! 🤷♀️ It took a total of four days to fix and two of those days were weekend days.

I was so impressed with their service! They came after hours at no extra charge(!!!!!!) in 100 degree heat and fixed my outdoor faucet. We just had our home plumbing redone and Quality did an amazing job. Everything was completed by knowledgeable and friendly people. They got all the work done in one day and took great care in not leaving any traces that they were here. The price was also lower than our other quotes and they through in some extra discounts to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of pretty much any home needs.
