We had a water line leak in our refrigerator that caused quite a bit of damage in our kitchen and living room wood floors. Reset Restoration was incredible to work with. They came out for a free initial consultation and were very thorough. They answered every question we had and explained the next steps. They were present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to make sure nothing was overlooked. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company throughout the entire process and also worked around our Thanksgiving schedule to get our floor fixed as quickly as possible. Our floors look incredible now and Reset Restoration made a potentially stressful and uncertain situation very manageable. We can’t recommend them enough!
