5 Stars all the way! From day one, the service that Restoration 1 provided was phenomenal. The response time was very fast and they began the work that same day. Everyone, starting with the Project Manager, Keyton was great, Shane and Devontae were very thorough when coming in every day to do readings and assess the progress. Then, to finish the process, Bronco (the carpet guy) did a great job of replacing the padding and clean-up. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take our bad situation and get us back on track. Thank you Restoration 1!

Restoration 1 took care of our building when it flooded last week. They got here the same afternoon that we contacted them and got to work moving furniture and getting the carpet dried out. Shane and Devonte were friendly and efficient and got the office taken care of. They also put all the furniture back where it was before the flood and they did it all in a professional manner. Will definitely use them again if we ever flood again.

We had a water leak in the main level of our home after hours on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago. I called Restoration 1 and they had a technician out at our house within the hour. The two techs that helped us out for the next several days were kind, courteous, and helpful. We really appreciated their timely response and they quickly helped us clean up the water and over the next few days they tested several times to make sure everything was properly dried up. If we ever have another issue like this, they will be my first call. Thanks Restoration 1!

⚠️ Caution: I am a contractor from Honolulu and my in-laws had a shower/tub with mold and leaks. We used Keyton Haverstick for the mold part and then they use Evolve Plumbing with AJ Matos along with Owner of the Company Adam Lambert. The quote for the bathroom had immediate discrepancies. We just had a new born baby and we were very up front about getting this done in a timely fashion. They told us a week with all the parts so we told them; “have all the parts before you start.” Our bathroom sat untouched for weeks after they ripped the walls out. They left a massive Hepa filter in our bathroom for over 3 weeks. We had to cancel other contractors because of how long they took. we had to get gym Memberships to shower. They left material on the side of our house. between the mold guys and the plumbers, nobody had any idea who’s job it was to take the tub out, Restoration 1 had to come back and reapply the Mold paint because it wasn’t done completely the first time. The OWNER Adam Lambert came into our house because we were having such problems with AJ Matos and that was the last we ever heard from Adam. He won’t respond to our calls (He still has yet to call me or the in-laws back)Very sketchy company. Communication was absolutely nonexistent. Keyton and AJ’s guys forgot to put insulation behind the exterior wall so they had to use spray insulation and UPCHARGED US for it!!! I tried to call Keyton on his cell, business phone, email and also called like 6 of his employees over a long period. We ended up kicking the contractors off of the job once the shower was complete and I finished the painting, drywall, and texture by myself. their company has a PO Box so you can’t just drive to the location to get answers. I have photos, emails, texts, and 2 different estimates that I will be sharing with people around the Tulsa area showing how horrible our experience was with Restoration 1 and Evolve Plumbing. My kitchen ceiling and attic suffered water damage from a clogged pipe. Keyton and his crew came out immediately to address the damage. The crew was very respectful and clean. We appreciate the immediate response and would definitely recommend them to others. However, we are still in the drying process and waiting on our insurance adjuster to come out so we can continue repairs.
