Terrible is an understatement. Overcharging for a simple tree removal after they let the trees and shrubs become infested with bag worms…they have shown no pride in their work. Good luck getting a representative to respond to your complaints or even having any knowledge in the industry.

Contacted Roark on 7/20/21. Spoke to Ashley in the office on my initial call. Told her I wanted to get a quote for an irrigation installation. She took my information and let me know Brody would call me. Never a response that week. I emailed Roark on 7/24/21 inquiring and no response. I called back into the office on 7/26/21 and spoke to office manager Lindsey and explained what I had done so far and what I was wanting. She transferred me to Brody’s desk. I left a voicemail. Still no contact. Piss poor customer service in my opinion and most likely a reflection on their work. Do not recommend anyone calling them for possible jobs.

I had an appointment today at 11AM, I stayed home from work so we could talk about our property. It’s 1:45, NO CALL NO SHOW. I would not hire this company. I should have known seeing that one of the 5 Star’s were done by a person with the last name of Roark. If this is the way you value your customer’s time, it certainly doesn’t aim too high. Thanks a lot. More reviews at more sites coming.

They go above and beyond of what to do. Always doing outstanding work. The crew will show up do what needs to be done and more. There is no other company like them. Every manger is very respectful and knowledgeable. They go from mowing, bed maintenance and turf treatment. The company will turn your yard into some beautiful!! If your looking for change. Highly recommend Roark. Love the company
