I was in the market for a relatively small, but specific, roof repair. I needed to remove and replace two attic power vents. I had tried two other roofing companies for the job, but they declined the opportunity. I serendipitously saw a “Roof Repair Plus” pick-up drive by my window (to another job in the neighborhood). I jumped in my car and went to the job site to meet a representative to inquire about my potential roof repair job. I was met and graciously greeted (with military professionalism) by the owner, David Hilliard. He had a “can-do” attitude and shared with me information on a couple of product options. We exchanged information and he told me he would look at my roof in the near future. The next day he was at my property inspecting the vents. He promptly provided me written quotes for a standard replacement power vent, as well as, a quote for a “smart” WiFi model power vent.
He let me know when the product order came in, and we scheduled the install. His crew was excellent to work with and David was onsite during the installation. I selected the “smart” WiFi model and was able to get both units synced up to my phone. The GAF App screen is easy to use and adjust both the temperature and humidity settings for activation on each individual unit.
Thanks, David, for your friendly and professional work! It has been a pleasure! I will seek you out first if I have any other roofing system needs!

These guys are great!!
I called three roofing companies, as instructed by my insurance company. The guy from Roof Repair Plus was the only one who didn’t have commission breath.
The other two tried to sell me so hard, I felt uneasy.
“We have to do this now!”
Then Roof Repair Plus showed up, inspected the roof and told me what he saw, but said it was up to me if I wanted to move forward or not.
He even came back the next day and patched it for me to give me time to make a decision.
Man…
It felt like I could trust them so we pulled the trigger. I had never made an insurance claim before so it was great having someone walk me through it step by step.
I’m glad we hired them. Four years later, we had a home imspection and Roof Repair Plus came by and sealed some nail heads for us for no charge.
I referred them to my brother yesterday.

I was comfortable throughout the installation of the new roof. All the roofers and Supervision were completely professional. Those guys worked HARD and were through in all they did. The finished roof is strikingly beautiful. I must emphasize the “Clean-Up”. They were finally picking up small pieces of debris that were so small they could only be picked up by small handful. The yard and porch was immaculately clean. There was virtually NO material or scraps of anything left behind.
Overall, the entire job was completely professional in quality of product and in execution from beginning to end.

Roof Repair Plus did an excellent job removing 4 roof vents that were no longer needed and repairing the surrounding area. David (owner) was honest and very communicative. To fit me in on short notice while his crew was busy, he came over to do the repair himself!! How many roofing company owners can do repairs themselves?
Furthermore to put it in perspective, Roof Repair was one of 3 local companies I asked for inspection/quote
Company 1: tried to tell me that because I had a couple of loose shingles I needed an entirely new roof and was very pushy about it. Their quote for the repair came in 4x what Roof Repair quoted.
Company 2: could hardly get ahold of them after inspection/quote, and when I did they got me mixed up with another customer. After I decided to go with Roof Repair (their quote was 2x what David quoted), their crew showed up to my house unannounced ready to “repair” my roof…even though it had already been repaired and I had never agreed to do business with them.
Company 3 (Roof Repair): David told me my roof was in good shape and I didn’t need total replacement. Charged a fair price, and knocked out the job himself. He was friendly, hard working, and a proud veteran. I can’t speak highly enough of Roof Repair!

Roof Repair Plus did a great job on replacing my roof. David helped make the whole experience stress-free by providing excellent communication throughout the process. He and the crew showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He even sealed the top of my chimney and fixed some loose gutters at no additional charge. Dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Couldn’t ask for anything more. If you need a new roof call David at Roof Repair Plus. I highly recommend. *****5 Stars*****
