We needed new entry doors, and I researched ProVia doors after dealing with a different company who had a business practice I didn’t appreciate. I saw ProVia had a different dealer at Rossi Brothers. I contacted them and talked with Van Rossi to schedule an estimate. He came out a few days later to measure. He was knowledgeable about the the product and has been installing those doors for many years. After picking a door, it took 4 weeks for it to arrive, and he scheduled for install for a few days after it came in. The installers did an amazing job, and the doors look wonderful. The installers spent several hours making sure the doors were aligned perfectly. The whole experience was great. I will go them for any other carpentry.

I have a ProVia screen door that the track broke. I called another company, who was of absolutely no help and told me to call another guy who told me to call them. No one could figure out what model this door was and they both came out to look at it. I googled ProVia doors and Rossi Bros. came up so, I gave them a call. Natalia was so helpful, she made a call to ProVia and then we knew exactly where to find the serial number for the door (It was literally on top of the door). She got quotes for me and was the go between person for me and the door company. She is absolutely fabulous! They are going to come install the new door for and I hope the techs are as great as Natalia. If so, I will definitely be doing more business with them.
