Washer flooded my downstairs earlier this year, the cleanup team was unprofessional and didn’t clean up after themselves whatsoever. Water spots everywhere, footprints tracked all through the house in the undamaged areas, it was a nasty mess. The restoration team is just as unprofessional, but they’re much better at hiding it in the beginning. Paperwork process was smooth, quote was reasonable, but it took forever for them to schedule the restoration. We waited at least 2 months without floors for them to finally show up to do our flooring. After they “completed” the job(neglecting to patch holes cut in the drywall by the clean up crew, flooring wasn’t run all the way under baseboards, breaking drywall when removing baseboards, etc.) they turned around to file a lien on my house. It has been over half a year now and they still have yet to fix the flooring but have no problem calling daily to ask about payment, which they will not receive until the job is actually completed. I will definitely not be using ServPro in the future.

We would like to send Chandra a huge thank you from the Alexandre family. She has went above and beyond customer service. She was so patient with us and educated us through the whole process. Daily she made sure to check on us through the whole thing and made me feel like I mattered. Our project was resolved and complete in a timely manner. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from the entire team at ServPro. When we had our house fire they were on site within minutes. They walked us through the entire process from contacting our insurance, lining up the cleanup team, demo, documentation of the entire process, making sure we met our deadlines, etc. They made what could have felt like a tragedy so much easier.
