I am the general manager for Premier pool plaster and dealing with Sierra Pools is a great builder. They are always ready when they call in a job. The pools are clean and organized. Communication is a high priority and never lacking.

Our experience with Sierra was not perfect, but I’m leaving this rating as a testament to Cody for making everything right for us.
The issues we had were mostly on the subcontractor side and Sierra was dealing with internal turnover right as our project started.
My biggest concern in dealing with a contractor for a large project like this is will they be responsive when you have an issue or will they ghost you once they receive their money.
Although we had already paid in full, Cody continued to be responsive to us and addressed the issues we did have.
I’m grateful to Cody and his team for that and would recommend them.
