First, out of 3 quotes, Silverback offered the most fair and honest price. It was amusing to see that when I compared Silverback’s price with the other 2 companies, they both quickly dropped their prices in an attempt to match him, but were still not better. This only reinforced my belief, and should be a clear indicator to anyone, that Silverback is the most honest and fair option.

Secondly, the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Silverback’s crew was incredibly respectful and professional throughout the entire process.

Great to deal with from start to finish. Our 25-year old condo had sash windows that were virtually impossible to lift, yet leaked air in summer and winter, increasing our HVAC bills! All 8 needed replacing. Silverback worked with us to do it at short notice, ahead of a long vacation we had planned. Manufactured the window frames here in TX (Waxahachie). Adjusted the install date, on a short rope, twice due to weather delays. Then, did the install with a crew of three that worked from 8am until 7pm. No problems since. Price very reasonable. Recommended.

Absolutely great service from beginning to end, even when we had a warranty replacement a month or so after installation. I cannot recommend Silverback enough! Harold was super friendly, gave us a nice military discount with affordable pricing, and the quality has been such an upgrade from what we had. And I couldn’t believe how quick the whole process was and the installers were very professional.
