I’ve spent the last few years working side by side with The Birch Co and their team. Seeing the way they empower their customers with knowledge and step by step feedback on the process of building a home has been a breath of fresh air in the industry. Beautiful homes, great team, great people.

I can’t say enough about Birch Co Commercial! We love our new clinic and recommend Trent and his team to anyone who will listen. When we build again- commercial or residential, it’ll be with this team. From start to finish on this project I felt heard and valued as a team member on the project. If you are looking for a commercial builder (even if you are doing some ‘value engineering)- these are your people!!

As a Realtor, I can confidently say that they are a top-notch building company. Their expertise and professionalism are unmatched, and they consistently deliver exceptional results. Birch Co’s use of high-quality materials and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. Their exceptional customer service and communication skills make them a pleasure to work with. If you’re in need of a reliable and trustworthy building partner, look no further than Birch Co. I highly recommend them!

Birch Co did a great job building our home. They customized everything we asked and were very responsive to questions and concerns. They even made some great suggestions on things they could add to make the home suit our needs better. It was a great experience and they truly care about their clients.

Found this home during the Parade of Homes 2024. We closed on it a month ago. We were told we would get our warranty information at the closing table. We are still waiting with no communication from the builder.
Prior to closing, the owners advised there was an issue with how the fridge was cut and needed to cut out some of the cabinets above the fridge and we would have our cabinet fronts within 2 weeks after closing. We are still waiting with no communication from the builder.
They also advised us, we would do a blue tape walk through and show us how things work within the house, well, the listing agent asked us to come on a Friday only to find out the builder was refinishing the floors. He asked us to come back on a Sunday and we ended up doing to it on our own.
We compiled a checklist and signed an agreement the items would be fixed by a week or so after closing. While most of the items were completed, we received push back on crooked baseboards and filling in the gaps of the uneven baseboards despite the builder agreeing to fix the items. We were told that fixing a crooked baseboard could impact the wall stucture, etc. My point is we signed an agreement and that should have been stated prior to signing.
We decided to add a sink and dishwasher in the butler’s pantry prior to closing and the builder was open to doing it but the work would be finished post closing and we were fine with it considering it was last minute. We signed an agreement that work would be done a week after closing. The work was not done in time and again no communication from the builder. We ended up calling our realtor and the listing agent to get a status update. We moved in 2 weeks after closing and the people who actually did the work really rushed this job and we ended up having a plumbing catastrophe to where we had no plumbing for most of our moving day and had to deal with feces leaking all over our garage. Despite, texting the builder, the response was slow. Well, once the plumbers and Broken Arrow water came, we were advised it was an issue with the flapper and it could have been avoided if it was put back on correctly. We also had to call the people doing the work several times due to issues like not installing the garbage disposal and a terrible paint job. When my husband would contact the builder, he would not respond and when my realtor contacted him, he was told that they contacted the people doing the work.
I contacted the listing agent asking for the other owner to call me. I am still waiting….
Right now we are dealing with a dishwasher that does not dry dishes, quality control issues like the bottom frame of fridge either pops off or loose, super hollow bedroom doors due to the amount of noise coming thru when my husband and I are both in meetings, various circuits popping at LEAST once a week.
For example, we had a freezer in the garage.
Our rain bird irrigation system and the freezer are the only things plugged in but the circuit keeps popping.
We are popping circuits in the laundry room, bedrooms and most recently, A/C rec.
Buying a house that you love should be a happy time, but this has honestly been the worst experience for us in all the homes we have purchased. If the owners do not want to deal with customers, they need to hire someone or several people to handle customers.
Not responding and sending out workers who do not have the full picture of what was agreed upon, is unprofessional.
It has been very stressful and while we are determining what our next steps will be, I highly recommend you seriously think twice before purchasing a home from this builder. Considering they are not a production builder and spending over $600k, I expected better quality control. With all that said, I want to be clear that this house is not cheaply built. However, I do feel like this house was rushed for the Parade of Homes.
However, their listing agent, Bailey Ploch, is phenomenal!
Use him if you need a realtor.
