I replaced the original windows in my home and I am so happy with the results! Chris came to my home for the initial consultation and was so helpful and kind. He helped me pick the best windows for my home that were well within my price range. The installation was scheduled for a few weeks later and the installers did a fantastic job! They were quick, clean and respectful of my home. All communication over the phone with Becca was great too. I had obtained several quotes on our window replacement project but the best one was provided by Window Source. After researching and reading other reviews on The Window Source of DFW, we decided on WS. Chris was extremely thorough in his explanation of the different types of windows, how the windows are made, the ordering and installation process. From beginning to end, the process didn’t make me anxious.
When the actual install process was about to start, we were asked to move things away from the windows. Hugo and his crew came and began the installation process. I was impressed by the expedient, professional process these guys followed. They left my house clean and back to normal.
I write this review 2 weeks after the installation and we are thoroughly happy with our windows!

We used the Window Source of DFW to replace all the windows in our home. Our brick house had 35+ metal windows that were installed when the house was built in 1997. I contacted Window Source to get an estimate. Chris Pound, the owner came out and gave us a demonstration and measured our windows. Chris gave us a quote which was very competitive with another supplier we had contacted. What separated Chris from the competition was his attention to detail and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. There was no push to upsell – just a good back and forth about what was important to us in our new windows. We placed our order after making a small change with Chris’ wife Becca. Once the order was placed we received regular updates about when the windows would be coming via email. When the windows were ready to be installed, Chris scheduled the installation. The windows took two days to install. The crew did an awesome job. They took great care taking out the old windows and not to damage our house in the process. Once the windows were installed we noticed a couple of screens that had small rips in them. The crew fixed those before they left on the second day. Overall it was a great experience dealing with The Window Source of DFW. We are very happy with our new windows.

The Windows are GORGEOUS!!! The installation guys are great!!! Very professional and there was hardly any mess… They cover all the furniture and everything… The purchase process was very easy… They kept us updated all along the way. SO NOW I HAVE THE BEST WINDOWS ON THE BLOCK… Really does make a difference on how it looks… Windows are investment they bring nothing but value into your home.
