I had previously purchased a used TriPak APU with HVAC system. A major delay on my part in returning to Tulsa Thermoking promptly for repair was necessary. Making sure I communicated right from the first all issues, and the reason for my delay to them from the very first, Ken, James, Garth, and Lin at Tulsa Thermoking jumped on the job as soon as I arrived. The system had several issues, but they addressed each and every issue. It took an expected couple days of testing to make sure it was all up and running properly – I made sure all that time was available in order to complete the work.

I was skeptical at first about all the positive reviews. But I must say I experienced the great service today. From the gentleman who greeted me to find out what I needed to the techs who are friendly and courteous. They had a tech right on it to bleed and change fuel filter. Was in and out in under an hour.
