We just wrapped up a summer project with Tom’s Outdoor Living this week. Initially we were only interested in artificial turf for our relatively small backyard. After meeting with our Project Manager Eric Hightower the ideas and options started flowing and we ended up with a flagstone patio, outdoor lighting, new fencing, improved irrigation layout, monthly lawn service, and the artificial turf.
After experiences with many companies who do not make communication and craftsmanship as their mission, I can honestly say I was so often impressed with the staff at Tom’s. There was constant communication with our Project Manager, Eric, as well as Abraham, the irrigation manager. Eric and Abraham were consistently one step ahead of me and immediately returned messages, emails, and calls with promptness and professionalism.
The extremely positive experience, on top of the stunning results with our project, makes recommending Tom’s Outdoor Living an obvious decision.
