Be sure and get all the details prior to engaging in any work with Triad. The timeline that they initially gave was no where close to the actual timeline available. They send a tech out and charge $115 and hour for 5 minutes worth of “measuring” on a unit that they have worked on prior to this. I understand that time is money but this was a bit ridiculous.
