I recently hired Tulsa Maid Co for a deep clean of my 3-bedroom house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and very accommodating to my schedule.
The cleaning crew arrived on time and were very thorough in their work. They paid attention to every detail, making sure to clean even the hard-to-reach places. Unfortunately, am sharing my review of this company. We hired them a couple of months ago, and the initial interaction with Caleb was positive, as well with the first service. The second service did not go well. We were quoted $200+ for basic cleaning which we were advised takes around 2 hours. The housekeeper arrived @ 9:00 and left at 10:07, and I can assure you we were not satisfied with the job she performed. We contacted Caleb who apologized and offered a complimentary service, which we accepted. He advised us via text message of our appointment for Friday between 9:00-10:00. No one showed. When we contacted him he blamed the missed appointment on a computer issue and offered to reschedule. We declined. If you choose to use Tulsa Maid Co I sincerely hope your experience is better than ours was.
