We had Window Nation come out and install our windows in September, when they finished with the install they left our outside trim looking like crap, but when I called to complain about it they sent Floyd Johnson out to fix it and he did an incredible job. He was very friendly and professional with everything. In my opinion the installers should have never left things looking that bad. We are very glad that Floyd came out and fixed it for us.

Marvin Montenegro was top notch! He was very thorough going through every window checking if it was installed correctly, cleaned, and caulked the way it needed to be. He had a big crew that knew what job they would be doing when they got here and they all got it completed. After they were done he did a walk through by each window making sure it was A-Z before they left! Highly highly recommend window nation and Marvin and his crew! We are completely certified!

As a single mom of 4 boys, this was a HUGE, expensive undertaking for me, and I was, admittedly, a bit worried. Marvin and his team *initially* eased my fears. Their *initial* professionalism, workmanship, and friendliness were unmatched.
Tommy Muñoz and Alex were BEYOND patient with me. Tommy moved mountains to get my project done in a timely manner given my multiple leaks and this rainy weather. Without their efforts, my home would still be at risk. THANK YOU!!!!!
However, after closer inspection, I see many of my windows were left with holes that should have been plugged with the accompanying white plugs. The installers left a few that my sons and I were able to use, but there are many windows without them. My concern is rainwater entering the screens and infiltrating the framing via these openings. I’ve also discovered that one of my window sills that was severely water damaged and was supposed to be replaced was not replaced. Instead, the crew caulked over the mound of water damage. I’ve put in a service call and will hopefully have a positive response to report soon.

After having multiple companies come by to give us a quote for our windows, we decided to go with the best price and a great product, which is what Window Nation offered us. I truly couldn’t find anything that other companies do differently on the quality of the windows (after seeing window samples from 5 different companies) for them to charge 2 to 3 time more than Window Nation. We had Tom as the sales representative who did an exceptional job presenting their product and providing excellent customer service. Today we had a great experience with the installation. Window Nation definitely exceeded our expectations. Marvin and his crew were fenomenal. Their professionalism, cleanliness, and work ethic made this process painless. Marvin was great communicating with us and explaining all the questions we had. I can thank Marvin enough for their great performance and his leadership. I would highly recommend them 1000%!
