Finally found a company that I will use from now on! Dawson and Cody with Wooten Knockout Plumbing were awesome! They came out same day and replaced my hot water heater, doing it fast and still being extra helpful and informative. Seriously the best service we have ever had! I will highly recommend them to everyone!

Plumber said they would not go on roof to snake the main drain, although at the time it was warm and the roof is a mild slope. Then they charged $360 ($180 * 2) to remove and reinstall the toilet. What could have cost a couple hundred was almost $600 just to snake my main drain. Ridiculous charge, same service was done 6 months later for about $200 and a camera was used, ended up needing a total main drain line replacement and I could only imagine what they would have wanted to charge to correctly fix the problem. I do not recommend this company!

These guys are the best! They came out on a Sunday with no additional charge. I had another issue after work on Monday and they came over to fix after hours. Hardworking local guys that take care of there customers with upfront great pricing. Don’t bother with the other guys.

Wooten Knockout did a fantastic job. Our plumber was extremely personable and knowledgeable and was able to take care of both issues we had. Pricing was very reasonable, even on the weekend, and they were able to respond very quickly. Highly recommend.

Needed a hot water tank replaced. The Tank was still under warranty so no cost there. Wooten wanted $2000.00 for labor (3 Hours). Who charges $650 an hour? When I asked why so much, I was told it was because they provide a 1 year warranty. Didn’t know I was paying for an extended warranty LMAO!
The technician who showed up was very polite and professional, but that’s about all I can say positive about this company.
I was also charge a $95 service fee (Not disclosed up front).
I ended up getting the work done by another company for less than $1K.
Stay FAR AWAY from these CROOKS!
