The technician was very professional. I appreciate that he wore shoe booties. But, I had the Building Inspector check out your recommendation for ventilation and he disagreed with your report. The ventilation is up to code. There was no additional ventilation required. So, my question is – how could your recommendation be correct? That was an $11K fix that was not required. Thank you.

Update: we had to call Austin back out as ONG said behind our oven, we needed a 4′ length of flex rather than two 2′ foot lengths. He came out and made that repair. My husband also pointed out that the new gas lines in our attic weren’t where he would have liked as they run right across our attic floor. We will make it work.
Still happy with all they did and to have new gas lines.

Can’t recommend them enough. What a great experience! We had a couple of bubbling toilets and feared the worse. Wooten was so easy to book a same day appointment. I did it all online&via text. They even sent a text w/photo of the tech who would be at the house. He was so nice. Checked the main line, and everything to make sure we didn’t have a major issue. Fixed the issue and told us how our bathroom plumbing was connected and why the issue was beyond us just plunging, but he did plunge. Lol While here, he noticed a leak in our backyard hose and changed the thingy (I’m not a plumber) so that it would stop leaking. We will definitely call them in the future for our plumbing needs.
